    First tray cut with my itty bitty speed harvester!!! It was even easier than it looked on the video! I did pull a little dirt off tray but it all stayed underneath, which was just me pulling across at uneven angle so just gotta work on staying level with the tray. It happened towards the end I think because I was staring at the microgreens piling on so beautifully and quickly lol 😆
